2019 Team Building Meeting '' Change Management in the Enterprise ''
On December 4 & 5, 2019, the 4th edition of the annual meeting was held in accordance with tradition, bringing together the managerial staff of REELEC , at the tourist complex “La Corne d'Or” in the wilaya of Tipaza. The aim was to consolidate and strengthen the communication and cohesion of the management team and executives with more involvement and transparency. This meeting came to consolidate and complete the training program initiated in previous years. This program is considered as an intangible investment which must accompany in an articulated and progressive manner the acquisition of various skills related to the basic profession and more particularly to the adaptation to the new conjuncture.
It would be helpful to recall the themes developed during the previous sessions, namely “Project Management” in 2016, “Time and Priority Management” in 2017 and “Performance Management and Evaluation” in 2018.
This year’s chosen theme, “Managing Change Within Companies”, is considered as an absolute necessity in order to accompany change which is no longer a cyclical phenomenon but rather a permanent one; it has also become a permanent concern of the manager.
In the light of this, the company called on the Unity Algérie Team, a business consultancy in management for innovation, change management and strategic vision of projects, composed of two trainers, management consultants company, experts at the International Labor Office (ILO).
The proceedings which took place indoors, started with the national anthem, in homage to our glorious martyrs, then as usual, Mr. SOLTANI Belkacem, CEO, gave his opening speech to mark the event (Reed the speech).
Subsequently, Mr. KINANE D DJILALI, the CEO of the Elec El Djazair Holding delivered his inaugural address by congratulating the management of the REELEC Subsidiary on this laudable initiative. He followed up on the strategies implemented in particular those relating to the development of subsidiaries by explaining the approaches recommended in terms of policy change.
In addition, on the margins of the meeting, an agreement between the GACU (Algeria Corporate Universities Group) and REELEC was signed by the two CEOs Mr. Belkacem SOLTANI and Mr. Sifi GHRIEB in the presence of Mr. KINANE on collaboration in training and skills development, Industrial Research & Development as well as expertise and support.
The second day was devoted to NLP neurolinguistic programming. Different tools necessary to reproduce success models through fun exercises that aimed to strengthen team cohesion were explored.
